Features

All equipment is fully vehicle-mounted, with less transportation and disassembly, and it is quickly put into production when it arrives at the site, and the site is clean and organized.

All mobile stations are equipped with a proprietary crawler device, which saves the cost and time of concrete foundations.

The on-board electronic control system, all circuits have been connected and debugged before the factory, and it can be produced only with an external power supply when it arrives at the site.

There is no need to install a fixed belt conveyor, and the finished belt adopts a 15-meter-long mobile belt conveyor.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The material is evenly conveyed into the crusher by a feeder, and after the crusher is initially broken, a closed circuit system is formed by a circular vibrating screen to realize the cyclic crushing of the material, and the finished material is output by the conveyor for continuous crushing operations. The counteraction type mobile crusher can remove the round vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, and realize the preliminary crushing of the materials directly. It is convenient and flexible to use with other crushing equipments. Counterattack mobile crushing station contains powerful counterattack, double-cavity counterattack and three-cavity counterattack, from coarse to fine, free to be assembled according to processing requirements
