Usage and application:

The double stage hammer crusher crusher can easily crush high-humidity materials such as coal gangue, shale, coal slag and other materials.It is the first choice for brick factories to use coal gangue as an additive.

Working principle

When working, driven by two motors, two sets of rotors connected with each other rotate at high speed at the same time. Material in the machine cavity by the upper rotor crushed immediately by the rapid rotation of the lower rotor hammer head again. The materials in the inner cavity collide with each other rapidly, and when they are crushed by fans, the effect of hammer powder and powder is achieved, and the coal slag particles with output particle size less than 3 mm are formed. This granularity can fully meet the requirements of brick manufacturer as internal combustion brick.
